Feeling Stuck? You’re Not Alone
If you want to start a business but, like many others, you’re confused about what to do and where to start—and you don’t have money—people around you might have made you believe that business isn’t possible without money. We’re starting a series of starting a business in 2025 to help you out.
Maybe right now, you’re just sitting at home, overthinking everything. You don’t have money, your mind feels stuck, you don’t feel like making an effort, and you have no motivation. It even feels like business isn’t for you. In simple words, something is stopping you from taking the first step.
The Truth About Business: Hard Work and Struggles
There are many ways to do business. Everyone says there is a lot of money in business, but if someone is only telling you about the money, they are not being honest with you. No one talks about the hard work behind it, and no one tells you about the losses that come with it. But one thing is certain—there is always blessing in business.
No matter which part of the world you go to or which religion you follow, business is always preferred. But business is for those who do not like slavery and do not want to be enslaved. In this world, no one wants to be a slave, but their mindset is making them one. Their way of thinking is stopping them from growing. Let me tell you the difference between slavery and leadership.
The Concept of Leadership and Slavery
Leadership means doing things by your own will, guiding others, protecting and serving them. It is about being fair, just, and wise while understanding your responsibilities. On the other hand, Slavery means being under someone’s control, not being free, facing oppression and injustice, and losing the courage to stand up for yourself.
In Islam, Allah has said in His book that He made humans His Representative. Representative has many meanings, but nowhere in this world—whether in religion or life—has slavery been commanded. However, Leadership has been mentioned again and again.
In Christianity, God says in the book that, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all.”
Even those who seem like slaves still have the right to rule over their own bodies and existence, but they choose not to. Business is for those who can take charge of themselves. But if someone else has taken control over them—whether it’s devil or another human—then they become slaves. A person who lives in slavery only thinks of hopelessness.
In the Quran, the book of Muslims, Allah says,“I do not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.“ So how can you expect your situation to change when you have already given up the Leadership that Allah personally gave you? You have surrendered it and become a slave.
Wake Up and Take Action on your Mental Slavery
The purpose of saying all this is simple—if you have already become a slave, then business will be difficult for you. If you are on the path of becoming one, then wake up and free yourself. And if you are not a slave, stop overthinking and take action.
This topic specifically targets men because, in today’s world, men have become lazy while women have become more active. But Allah made men Representative. Yet today, men are only concerned with dancing and looking good. It’s time to step up. Let me tell you something that how you can overcome this by thinking high and aesthetic level thoughts. I will tell you the power of high level mindsets.
The Power of a High-Level Mindset
There was a man known across the world for being one of the cruelest Representatives in history, yet he established some of the greatest empires. But when I read about him, I realized something—his sense of beauty and creativity was far beyond ordinary.
There’s a famous story about him. He once shot an arrow into the sky. When the arrow returned to the ground, he asked a man near him to go check if there was God’s blood on it. You Know Who He Is—He Is Genghis Khan.
He thought that maybe the arrow would hit God in the sky and come back down. Only a mind that thinks on a higher level can have such thoughts. Small minds can’t even imagine such things. If we look at history and study the past, we’ll see that every successful person had a high level of aesthetic sense. If you want to make your mind like that then you have to train your mind to think on high peaks.
Train Your Mind for Success
The point is, pick any successful person from history, or even look at today’s millionaires and billionaires—you will always find a higher level of thinking. If you compare yourself to people like Elon Musk or other great billionaires, you’ll notice their thinking is far ahead of yours. It’s not that Creator created them differently from you. The difference is they trained their minds, and you have limited yours.
What This Business Series Will Teach You
In this business series, we will help fix your mindset. We will show you:
- How your mind becomes enslaved without you realizing it?
- How you become a slave to your thoughts instead of controlling them?
- How you slowly start feeling hopeless and stuck?
- How can grow your mind like that?
- How your aesthetic sense can be increased?
- How your decision making power become strong?
We will overcome this by God’s will. Let me share a simple yet significant difference between you and billionaires.
The Difference Between a Businessman and an Overthinker
Look at any businessman around you—they never get discouraged. Even in losses, they find ways to recover.
But people like us? We keep overthinking—
- “What if I waste time?”
- “What if I lose money?”
- “What if I fail?”
This is why we lack strong goals and a solid mindset—and that’s why we lose. When we face loss, we break down, give up, and sit at home wondering why life is so unfair to us.
Why is God doing this to you?
Because you are not presenting yourself as the representative of the Creator of the skies and the earth. Are You Ready to Take Charge? If you want to remain in the same condition you are in right now then leave this page right now. But if you want to be a Representative then prove you deserve it. A Representative of Creator doesn’t live the way we do now.
Ask yourself—are you truly a Representative?
Do you deserve to call yourself the representative of the One who created the entire universe?
A Representative is someone who establishes the system of his Lord and does not accept anyone’s slavery. He guides his mind with God’s help, just like the truth. When you strive to become a Representative, He will grant you wisdom and the knowledge of His book. And a businessman always has wisdom—that’s why he becomes a great leader. Your heart must have already given you the answer. If it hasn’t, then you don’t truly know what a Representative is like. Let’s talk about a Representative from history—someone who might impact your heart—so you can understand what it truly means to be God’s Representative.
Mindsets from Different Religions
I will give you references from every religion of people who had a high level of thinking, who were truly great businessmen, and who had an aesthetic sense. The people whose thinking we cannot reach but from whom we can learn. I will tell you about people from different religions and their way of thinking.
Mindsets from Islam
PROPHETS
Hazrat Adam (AS): Leader of all Ummah and responsible.
Hazrat Yusuf (AS): Economic plannER
Hazrat Sulaiman (AS): Wisdom and wealth.
Hazrat Dawud (AS): Justice in wealth.
Hazrat Shu’aib (AS): Fair trader.
Hazrat Muhammad (SAW): Balanced generosity.
They all reached a high level of wisdom in everything and were great leaders. No one spent his life in slavery.
FOLLOWERS
Imam Ali (A.S) AND SONS
Imam Ali (A.S) – Look, there’s no need to explain who Imam Ali (A.S) was—his name alone is enough. He said,
“Do not be a slave to others when Allah has created you free.”
“Your true wealth is your mind, your thoughts, and your strong way of thinking.”
I’m not quoting exactly, but this is the summary. That means you are not a slave. Allah created you as a Representative (leader)—can Allah’s Representative ever be a slave?
Imam Hassan (A.S), the son of such a father, would he not think on a higher level? He knew how to control emotions.
Imam Hussain (A.S) understood that dying with honor is better than living a wasted life.
Many people from the lineage of Hazrat Ali (A.S) have brought such changes in the world with their knowledge, thinking, and wisdom that even today, we are amazed to see them. There are countless others we don’t even know about, but one thing is common among them—their way of thinking was on another level. That’s why they achieved greatness.
TAKING RISK AND RELYING ON ALLAH
Allah loves those who trust and take risks. And what does taking a risk mean? It means not worrying about what will happen. It means not fearing loss, not fearing death, not fearing failure. Allah says, “Have faith in Me, and I will take you to places you never even imagined.”
Hazrat Musa (A.S.) – The Ultimate Example of Faith
And how could I forget the man whose name is Hazrat Musa (A.S.)?
You want an example of faith? You want an example of risk-taking?
Hazrat Musa (A.S.) stood before the sea. Behind him, Firaun’s army was approaching fast. His people panicked.
“Musa, what now?
We are finished!” But Musa (A.S.) did not waver. He said, “No. My Lord is with me. He will guide me.”
And what happened?
Musa (A.S.) walked through the sea.
Everything Comes Down to Two Things – Faith and Risk
There are countless examples, and I hope your mindset changes—mine and yours both. It was never about religion or status—it was about controlling the mind and thinking beyond the ordinary. They took risks, endured hardships, suffered losses in wealth and life, but they never gave up. They never lost faith. If they had given up, just like we do today, then who would have remembered their names?
Mindset from Christianity
Let’s talk about Christianity. There was a man named John D. Rockefeller, who was a billionaire. He founded Standard Oil and created a revolution. When I read about his philosophy, I came across his words:
“I believe that the power to earn money is a gift from God to grow and to be capable of helping humanity.”
This made me think. We often wonder, “What is the point of earning so much money? In the end, we all have to die.” But we forget that through money, we can serve humanity.
For example, an old man walks every morning on his weak legs without any support—whether for worship, the market, a court, or anywhere else he is forced to go daily. Would you help him every day, or would you give him a walking stick so he can support himself daily, with the help of God?
A normal mind can also think that a walking stick is bought with money, which means money is needed in some way to help humanity.
Mindset from Hinduism
Now, let’s talk about Hinduism.
A famous man named Narayana Murthy, who lives a simple life and is the owner of Infosys, once said:
“Progress is often equal to the difference between the mind and mindset.”
This means that the only difference between progress and no progress is how your mind and mindset work. Can it think big, or are you forcing it not to?
Mindset from Buddhism
Now, let’s talk about Buddhism.
Steve Jobs, who is the co-founder of Apple, said:
“Your time is very limited; don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”
This is a very deep and great statement for those who understand. Usually, the people who remain stuck and waste their time are those who only think about what others will say. Every religion teaches to value relationships and respect them. But those who have left you behind, mocked you, humiliated you, or tried to stop you—do not treat them badly, but focus on your own life and purpose. Hazrat Muhammad (s.a), the last prophet in Islam, says to treat people well, even those who treat you badly.
Mindset from Taoism
Jack Ma
From Taoism, Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba, said:
“Opportunities are always where people complain.”
There are two ways I understood this:
- Where there are problems and complaints, you should provide solutions because people will appreciate it, and you can build a great business.
- But the second thing I understood is that people who always complain—”This is not right, that is not right”—usually have the most opportunities, but they keep complaining because they are not ready to take action.
Zhang Ruimin
Another businessman from Taoism is Zhang Ruimin, who said:
“The only necessary thing is change. Nothing else matters.”
By the way, he is the owner of Haier Group. If you change, you succeed. If you don’t change, you will remain the same as you are now. I once read: “If you don’t change, you don’t grow.”
I have given examples of many great people who are successful—not just because they wanted to earn money or become the richest, but because they are deep thinkers, decision-makers, and philosophers as well.
A Businessman from India
A person named Ratan Tata from India did not just focus on wealth but also combined his ethics, spirituality, and concern for people by creating a Nano Car so that people could benefit from it.
Your wealth matters, but your ethics also matter. The purpose of sharing this is that when you develop your thinking, it should not just be for money. Become a good person and someone who cares for humanity.
The Fear That Holds Us Back
“What if my hard work goes to waste?” “What if I lose money?” “What if I die trying?”
But what if… just once, you had faith? What if you took a risk?
And if you’re still thinking, “This is a long blog, but I don’t have money for business, how will I do it?”
Then listen—Musa (A.S.) had no money, but he had faith. If you have money in your pocket and that gives you peace, then what is your faith in? But if you have no money, yet your heart is at peace, then who is your faith in? That is enough to understand. Allah is not bound by means. Means are bound by Allah. Water cannot drown unless Allah wills. Poison cannot kill unless Allah wills. Fire cannot burn unless Allah wills. No one can harm if Allah does not will, and no one can benefit if Allah does not will.
Are you ready to change your mind? Are you ready to take a risk? Can you increase your faith in your Lord?
If yes, then let’s go! Wait for my next episode, and I will be waiting to meet you there.
